We, TKI Group, are promoting Japanese Wagyu and Japanese restaurants, primarily in the Middle East. Our journey began in 2019 with the opening of a Japanese restaurant in Dubai, starting with 20 employees.
Now, we have grown into a company with a total of 400 employees, operating 10 group restaurants, exporting and selling Japanese Wagyu beef, and processing ingredients in a central kitchen.
While many promote Japanese products and craftsmanship culture, what I want people to know is the underlying strength of the Japanese people. This includes 【improvement】 【continuity】 and 【education】 This tenacious spirit continues to support Japan today. Our company shares this spirit not only with Japanese employees but also with foreign employees.
We believe that the experiences gained by working at TKI Group enrich lives. Each employee is the protagonist of their own life, and with this awareness, we continue to work hard every day.

When I was 20, I longed to live a life that was different from everyone else’s.
So I left Japan—a country built on one language and one ethnicity— and stepped into the wider world, opening my eyes, listening openly, and learning to enjoy the beauty of “differences.”
My curiosity and willingness to take action brought me countless experiences.
Experience is the greatest form of wealth that life can give us.
Experience creates awareness,
awareness brings learning,
and learning leads us to growth.
That is why I shaped TKI into a place where gender, age, nationality, and culture do not divide us. A place where everyone can exist together, recognize one another, and shine in their own way.
There is nothing that separates us here— if anything, our “differences” make this company more interesting and make us stronger.

私たち、TKI Group は、中東を中心に日本の和牛、そして日本食レストランを展開しています。
私たちの成り立ちは、2019年に1件の日本食レストランをドバイにオープンする事から始まります。従業員20人から始まりました。 今では、グループレストラン10店舗に加え、日本産和牛の輸出販売、セントラルキッチンによる食材加工など、総従業員400名の会社へと成長しました。
多くの方が日本の製品やモノづくり文化を宣伝していますが、私が知ってもらいたいのは、日本人の底力です。 それは、「改善する事」「継続する事」「教育する事」 そして、それを支える「粘り強い精神力」が今も日本を支えています。
弊社はその精神を日本人従業員だけではなく、外国人従業員とも共有します。 また、TKIグループで働く事で得られる経験が人生を豊かにしてくれる事を信じ、 一人一人の従業員がそれぞれの人生の主役であることを自覚し、 今日も我々は頑張っていきます。

20歳のとき、私は「人と違う生き方をしたい」と強く願い、
1つの言語、1つの人種だけで成り立つ日本を離れました。
そして広い世界に飛び込み、目を開き、耳を傾け、“違い”そのものを楽しむ人生を選びました。
探究心と行動力は、私に数えきれないほどの体験を与えてくれました。

なので私はTKIが、性別・年齢・国籍・文化に関係なく、
